As your VHFL owner, I find this graphic A+

Real Review Now: I like the Neo-80's vibes as the background. The soft color features are really makes everything pop and sets not only a nice color tone but also a nice theme. The font for the last name and team clear, obvious, and easy to read. Good Player and gear choice plus the flow is just *chef's kiss.* Using a either bright blue or contrasting color on the internals of the team name would add the the graphic. Making the first name a little larger and maybe bolding it would make it pop more and while a pain going though the process of making the L loop go around the back of the L in the last name would be a cool effect.
