animal74 1,810
After a breakout campaign with the Prague Phantoms last season, Ondrej Ohradka continues to make modest strides offensively while taking care of his own end as well. With 13 goals and 15 assists in 34 games so far, he is on pace to match his 27 goals from last season and post new highs in assists (31), and points (59) as well as shots and hits. Ohradka is going to set a new mark for plus/minus if he stays at his current +13 and he recently tallied his second career shorthanded goal. Where Ohradka is drastically behind last year’s pace is game-winning and power play goals of which he has only one of each - far from the 6 GWG and 9 PPG from S72. Partially that can be attributed to his line’s under-achieving play so far which is really a head-scratcher for the Phantoms and a problem that cannot continue but also the rise of the second unit which is killing it right now and keeping Prague in the playoff race. If Ohradka wants to ensure Prague doesn’t falter down the stretch like last season and punch their ticket into the post-season dance, he’ll need to up his game and his scoring pronto.
