Seabass may be someone's baby dady

TSN revealed last night that a member of the Prague Phantoms could potentially be a new baby daddy. A twitter account of a young Greek woman by the name of Arianna Kontos was posting claims that her young child was in fact, the offspring of Phantom's Defenceman, Seabass Perrin.

 

Her original post was just simply one phrase long saying, "There's no doubt in my mind my little boy is the son of a VHL star after I spent a night together with a Phantom's player." It was posted alongside a picture of a small boy. 

 

After being questioned further by others on twitter, she finally spilled more details by specifically naming Seabass #08 as her 'baby daddy' and warned that her lawyer will contact Perrin soon for owed child support. Perrin's agent ridiculed TSN for reporting on such a thing claiming "TSN is a joke this is a private matter that has nothing to do with hockey at all and hasn't even been proven to be true" The agent then continued to say that Perrin has asked for some privacy on this matter at this time. 

 

Despite his agent asking for privacy, Perrin made an appearance today on the sports podcast "spittin' chiclets" hosted by former NHLers, Ryan Whitney and Paul Bissonnette in which he was asked if there was any truth to the story.

 

" I think this a desperate woman's sad attempt to win big money from a professional athlete. This girl has already found my number somehow last month and called me to blackmail me in exchange for her to keep quiet about all this. I don't remember this girl at all and she didn't offer up any kind of information to proove her lies so I told her that I didn't give a shit, go for it and now we're here."

Bissonette then pressed on to ask Perrin if he had ever even been to Greece before in which he responded:

 

"I won't deny it, I spent an offseason vacation there back in S69 and I partied hard back then but I don't recognize this lady at all and I'm fully comfortable to offer up to cover the costs of a DNA test and I already offered this to Miss Kontos but never got any kind of response. I'm not going to say anything else since it looks like I may have to get legal representation."

 

This would not be the first time Seabass has been in some hot water, he's been in bar brawls,  he's had drunk party videos posted online , he's had his license pulled after a DUI, he had assault charges, charges for resisting arrest, and the list goes on. So this wouldn't really be too surprising, and is even believable considering what Perrin has pulled during his early years in the VHL. 

 

Today however, Perrin has been sober for 2 years and it's safe to say age has made him wiser and more responsible, but that doesn't mean the past can't still come back to haunt him.
