Frank Chadwick has made it no secret that he is hoping that the young Swede will be there when Quebec steps up to the podium. "He has so much untapped offensive potential we think he is just starting to scratch the service, we can easily see him being the steal of the draft." High praise from Quebec's GM not to mention heavy expectations to place on such a young athlete. Lukas Nyquist a native of Örnsköldsvik, Sweden. He was recently picked up off the waiver wire by the Yukon Rush of the VHLM. He is eligible for the Season 39 draft, with there being such a deep first round Chadwick believes Nyquist will be there when Quebec picks. "We have an idea how the first ten picks will play out after that we're unsure, at this point we're hoping for the lottery pick so we'll have full confidence in who we select with our second."
