Join for the Hockey, stay for the community

Recommended Posts

This is going to be a short article that rambles a bit so I would advise not reading.

I really have enjoyed the community aspect of this whole league, some of my best memories are; winning a Town of Salem game, getting picked as an AGM, sitting around learning about people from around the globe and of course there is winning some games of hockey. I think it is crazy how a sport has brought people from many walks of life together. We sit here for way to many hours reading what people write and talking/arguing about nothing and everything at the same time. I think this is a great community and I am glad to be a big part of it for just over a year now.

I find it is learning about people and hearing other peoples stories that give me the most enjoyment out of this site so that is why I am announcing that the VSN podcasts will be conducting interviews again. These are going to be a little bit shorter interviews and I will try and get one up every week, as well as a supplemental podcast on the odd week here or there.

So, here it is folks go and sign up for an interview time, please know that bookings are subject to be changed and if a time doesn't suit you then I can make arrangements but it will not be easy. Go sign up now to get your spot. Also leave a comment below tagging people who I should interview!
