CALGARY - Jacques Lafontaine is preparing for the playoffs. He has decided to switch back to his regular pads due to late season struggles in his game. It was a tight playoff race but they were able to sneak in. But barely. Here’s what Jacques Lafontaine had to say about making it in the playoffs.

 

“I don’t care if it’s barely or not. Regardless of placing, we can do well in the post-season. In the playoffs, anybody can take it. So I’m gonna play my hardest in the playoffs. We all need to play our hardest. And I’ve seen us all play at 100%, so I know we’ll dominate if we can all work our hardest. That includes me. I have been struggling as of late to be honest and I’m not happy with my performance lately. It’s time for me to set that aside and play even better in these playoffs.”
