Podcasting compared to other PTs

So Podcasting is a lot of fun and I find it pretty easy to do. Apart from needing the time to sit down and to arrange a time that suits two people if you have a guest/co-host.

 

So I am here to compare it to the other PTs.

 

Podcast to Graphics

 

Pros of Podcast

• Can be collaborative
• Can get multi week claims
• Learn about other people rather than players

 

Pros of Graphics

• Can be used in sigs
• Get a lot of praise for good graphics
• Can enter competitions
• Long expiration date
• People comment and take notice more often

 

Podcast to Media Spots

 

Pros of Podcasts

• No Typing
• Can be more stream of consciousness
•  Easier to collaborate with other members

 

Pros of Media Spots

• Easier to be featured
• Easier to have a discussion in comments after the fact. (Can quote sections and make conversation)
• Easier to write on the go

If I still needed to do PT's Id probably do Podcasts but I'm a big fan of them and I listen to most of the ones that get posted.
