Dynamo centerwoman Naomi Young is excited for both Molholt and the franchise, and believes the change will spell only good things moving forward. "Vic is and always has been a great GM, but I've gotten to know Mike fairly well through his client Jarkko Olsen, who I bang frequently, and I think he's a great guy for the job and will do great things," said Young after a tough shootout loss to Vasteras. When asked if the switch combined with her and Olsen's on and off-ice chemistry would cause her to ask for a long-term contract, Naomi responded with "I can't speak for my future at this time. Right now I'm on contract until the end of next season, and I'm sort of somewhat happy to be with Davos in the meantime. Obviously the team's leadership will play a large role in if I stay, but that is something we'll deal with when the time comes." For vhl.com, I'm Patrick Palmer.
