Eagles heads to Philly

Tom Eagles now knows where he will be playing in the VHLM. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Reapers in the second round and will be showing his craft there.

 

"It's great to know where I will be playing next season, I am happy to go to philly and excited for the season " Said Tom " They are one of the few teams that I spoke with prior to the draft and they were on my list of top teams I wanted to play for"

Tom will be joining a team that per the pundits did exceptionally well in the VHLM draft and are poised to be a playoff contender. Looking at the roster they are very solid on the backend, have great forward depth and one of the better goalies in the M. It is not yet known where Tom will slot into the lineup, but it is looking like the 2nd D pairing.

 

" To me, it doesn't matter where I play, I just want to help the team win " Tom said " I believe I can do that no matter what minutes I get. I am looking forward to a very productive season to help the Reapers win the cup and to help raise my draft stock for the VHL draft"
