Michael Schmitd has been hit in the head by a puck! 3 days ago, Michael was in a practice with his teammates and a puck got shot into his face, and the helmet shield did not catch it! Michael is seriously injured after this devastating event, his nose is so bruised oh my god just thinking of the bruise makes me wanna throw up. During this practice, Michael and some of his buddy's were taking shots and taking passes with each other, then his teammate hit it so hard, it went right into his face, and Michael was seriously injured. After this horrible scary event, Michael was declared a broken nose, broken jaw, and possibly needs to get jaw surgery within a couple of days. Michael is in a lot of trouble with this injury, he will not be able to play for possibly months, and maybe even years, I can not believe a teammate would do this too him! Michael started off the season really good, and after this injury, he pushed himself to play, but has not done very well.
