Motzaburger 1,590
Lukas Nykvist joined the 38th season in the VHLM as a gamble and an offensive prospect. He was known for his defensive liability and his burst of offence in the game. But the Nykvist we all knew before is now someone new. His offensive abilities are above average at 6G and 16A for a total of 22 points in 39 games played at the end of the regular season. However, there is a number that sticks out like a sore thumb: +42 in 39 games played. Nykvist has shown he is no longer a defensive liability and he can also put up decent points. He is rounding out to be a solid all around player that every team will want come draft day and it will be interesting to see where he lands. With the playoffs starting for Yukon this will truly show if Nykvist can be a productive player under pressure. Will he sneak into the first round of the draft? Or will he be snatched up in the 2nd round where he is ranked? Certainly some VHL GMs have some thinking to do and who they want to use their picks on. This is yet another story that is making the S39 Draft one of the best. Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/9587-nykvist-plus-not-minus/ Share on other sites
