Damn this looks like a video game loading screen for be a pro, theirs a lot going on but the effects used with the logo is remarkable and the smokey ice glare/light is meshing well with the logo/jersey cut seamlessly

 

Could change the text a bit, the font is a solid choice but the rays are making it hard to read, maybe add a outline? Gold/yellow?

 

Amazing job overall, 9.5/10!

Ya. I could have brought the text layer forward to spike it up a bit.  But I kind of liked how the rays went over the text...anyways.....

I like the render a lot its very cool. The background choice is very nice too but the light effects are a bit too bright makes the text a bit hard to read. I like the team logo placement and effect tho. Text could of used some more pizzaz and maybe some effects like a glowing effect to maybe match the light effect from the right corner. Overall really good work.
