Last week I looked at the Seattle Bears, and I said that they're overall good. They have great prospects, and some incredible talent on the team already. No matter how things play out. Now lets look at a middle of the pack team, The Prague Phantoms. This team might be a little harder to look at however I'll do my best to determine if they can fit into the binary category of "Good" or "Bad".

So what I'm going to look at first is their place in the standings. They're 4th in the European Conference, and 8th overall. So is this atually middle of the pack? Well kind of, they're middle in the pack of their conference, and top middle overall. So top ten, pretty decent start so far. They've a record of, 17/12/3 for a total of 37 points so far into the season. They have a goals for of 99 and a goals against of 103 for a difference of -4. That looks like a team who'd be closer to the bottom of the standings but amazingly they've held on to a strong place in the standings. I'm not sure what to make of it, but the season is still young, and many more games need to be played. So these stats can even out soon enough.

Lets take a look at their players, and take a look at their prospects. They're active roster is actually kind of stacked. I'm not going to go over everyone, just their top forwards, defensive pairing, and goalies. Thomas Landry II 909 TPA, Pengu 624 TPA, and Ondrej Ohradka 569 TPA. That's a hella stacked top forward group, and they've all put up some good points this year. The top defensemen are; Cinnamon Block 820 TPA, Sebass Perrin 795 TPA. A hell of a good defensive pairing with both of them having decent scoring potential, both with an 85 in it. Their goalie situation looks a little like this, Woody Mcpine with 570 TPA, and Nicolas Fomba with 301 TPA. Quite a good tandem in net who can really steal some games. And they're probably the reason they have a -4 differential while still being 4th in thei conference. They have two prospects that I want to talk about, I know that there's many more in their prospect pool, however I want to talk about these two in particular, Joakim Lund (LVA) and and The Blob (MIS). Lund is a great player, on my favorite team in the entire league, minors and majors, The Aces. While The Blob is amazing because of his name. Overall I'd say that they're GOOD

I'm not going to look at the cap space as from what I learned from the last article is that I don't actually know how cap space and salaries work. If anyone can take some time to explain to me how this works then I'd be eternally grateful, as I'd like to be a GM one day, and I'd love to really become something bigger in the community. Anyways I hear my dad coming home from the bar and I think he might've lost some money gambling at the pool table, so it's likely I need my hemlet and jockstrap again to avoid further head trauma and head trauma. So peace out, I'll smell ya later, stay Icey, Seacrest out.

Just go to your player manager and press the help button.

You will see a couple of useful stuff, but check the "salary bracket" section.

Left side is the money worth of a rookie and the right side is after your rookie contract.

Before each start of the season, even if a 800 TPA dude signed for 1 mil. It will adjust the money from that salary bracket. It doesn't adjust if he signed for more than he is worth tho.

That's basically a small idea of how it works
