Appears the word Mexico and the crown were the only things added if I’m not mistaken. He took that image and put a couple things in there. Expand The work I put in was using the sugar skull, adding in the crown, get an outline for the two, remove the teeth and add in "MEXICO", add the background and pretty much just fill in the outline. Nothing MAJOR I admit but I did add in a bit of work to it. Hope the steps help!
