• Well, it's official - Prague is not making the playoffs this season. It's always disappointing to not make the playoffs, but this might sting a little more than usual since we might be taking a bit of a rebuild/retool going into next season. This is just anecdotal, as I haven't actually looked at the roster or finances recently, but it seems like we have a good number of players retiring, so I'm assuming that we're going to experience a bit of a slide next season.
• The silver lining in all this is that it should give me an opportunity to earn some more individual stats. Obviously I have to keep earning the TPE to justify my ice time, but I'm a little disappointed in my player so far. Maybe I just don't remember what it's like to not have a lot of TPE, since I'm relatively sure I broke 500 TPE with Smitty during my 2nd season (not close to 100% on that), but the individual stats haven't been there.
• The VHL did our annual charity drive. I'm very glad to see that we were able to raise a ton of money again this year, and I think the auctions were a good call by the BoG (not patting myself on the back - I wasn't really involved in those discussions.)
