ROOKIE745 604
Hextall finally lives up to the family name, capturing the Jason Voorhees award, while an unofficial award, it means something to Hextall. It's also not the first unofficial award he's won, back in season 11 he won the eggshell award for most overtime loses, a record that was recently tied by Doug Dimmadome. In a statement Jaxx said this "It may not official but it means just as much to me. This season was a very tough one and my anger got the better of me several times, I'll gladly take the award though, no shame in it. I'm not going to be pushed around." In other news Hextall made a visit to bot Lafontaine and Spyro to wish them luck. "They both have a very good chance at winning it, and I'm sad I won't be able to challenge either of them this time around, so I hope they meet each other." He said as well. Hextall plans to watch the playoffs, attending the games as much as possible, afterwards he plans on doing some travel, it is an extended offseason for him after all. He said he would be back in time for training camp and everything, saying that next season will be very important and it's important he stays in shape. The next 2 seasons will be the most important for Jaxx's chance at the cup, especially season 77.
