What I meant is, the VHL had it pretty good in season 30 as well, and it would have been difficult to spot a flaw in the system when the league was still running on the "hype". You lose that edge when the same concept is there for 58 seasons. So I'm not saying we should compare with other league's strategy, but its also good to note that those leagues are "younger" and plays that role.

Having multiple team with 4 lines is a end result. It doesn't solve much thing, it's just a result from better member retention/recruitment

Don't get me wrong, I would be all in favor of a 3 to 4 lines system, but I just don't think it's the priority right now. There's other thing the league needs to achieve/resolve to think about that. Like lower the importance of the scoring attribute

yes, EHM is garbage and broken as well. Dunno about the other sim, but the VHL requires a large number of customization, and not quite sure the software allows that
