  1. Great season guys congrats to the winners! Keep your heads up out there this season!
  2. @Scurvy
  3. Don't worry I won't check you into the seats past the 3rd or 4th row!
  4. Recently acquired NY Americans defenseman and S97 most outstanding player nominee Guntis Gavilrovs is excited about the opportunity ahead this season. New York is a strong team which just got a whole lot stronger with Guntis in town and will look to go deep in the playoffs this season with their eye on the cup! The addition of a bruiser like Gavilrovs on the blue line should be huge for the Americans. This team will now have both of the defenseman who were just nominated for the Brett Slobodzian Award! Callum Gary Yannick Janser @Daniel Janser and Guntis Gavilrovs on the same blue line should be dynamite for New York this season, similar to how great Gavilrovs and Trueno were last season for Vancouver both posting over 100 points. To say the NY blue line is now outstanding would be an understatement, especially since Gavilrovs will be a huge addition on the top powerplay, his 16 PPG last season led the league and with him and Janser on the top of the powerplay this should be one of the better units in the league. Would be fun to see them as a pair at even strength too but odds are they are separated so one of them can always be on the ice at all times. Man it's going to be tough to play against NY this season with those two beauties throwing probably a combined 600 hits this year against VHL opponents. I feel a little bad for other teams, there's going to be a lot of players getting checked through the glass when they play NY, don't say we didn't warn you!
  5. 1. Depends on how full the current teams are and how many new recruits we've gotten, I have no idea lol, I'd go with a teams from BC and NY. 2. Lots of possibilities, but seems like Crosby should be traded, he's getting wasted in Pit, but prob impossible to move, so maybe Kreider or Zib in NY they are making big changes lately. 3. The NY Americans obviously! The trade for 100pt defenseman Guntis Gavilrovs will put them over the top! -- Questions: 1. Did you watch the 4 nations tourney, what did you like about it most? 2. What are you expectations for your player this coming season? 3. What was the last live hockey game you've been to?
  6. Congrats Well Deserved!!

  8. Questions: 1. How did your player do last season, what were your stats? 2. What are a couple goals for your player this season? 3. Could you eat a 3 foot superbowl sub by yourself in a day? Why or why not
  9. A shocking move out of Vancouver this past week as they traded S97 Most Outstanding Player Nominee Guntis Gavilrovs! A career Vancouver blueliner who won a cup last year and just posted 31 goals 100 points and 291 hits this season! A true fan and team favorite how could anyone trade him!? Well business is business and at least it was for the best player ever in Wayne Gretzky.. talk about a great return, that trade reads really well seeing Gavilrovs traded for Gretzky, lol. Good deal for both sides, but as good as Gretzky is we give the edge to the NY Americans on this one, it's not every day you can bring in a beast of a defenseman like Guntis coming off an mvp caliber season. First a huge thank you to all my amazing Vancouver teammates over the years, a truly great place to play with really great people. A special thanks to @Frank @Gaikoku-hito @Scurvy @Thunder and @Smarch who I had the pleasure of sharing the ice with for many seasons. From being drafted with some of you and staying together even when Frank tried to trade us and winning a cup in S96 and then all posting huge career seasons this past year, it was really a lot of fun, can't thank you all enough for everything. Will miss you all and putting on the Wolves sweater. Moving on I'm very excited to be joining New York! An excellent team with a few familiar faces it should be an easy transition for Guntis. He hopes to provide the boost needed to help bring them their next championship! I think fans in New York will love Gavilrovs style of play and he brings an edge the city will definitely appreciate! Thanks Vancouver! Let's Go New York!!

  11. 1. Bummer but 7 games we were close, a bounce oe two and we would have won it. I'm still shocked we lost tbh, we are def better than Seattle but that's why hockey is the best sport anyone can win. 2. Probably take steroids so I can injure more players on the other team. 3. I'll go with Toronto because seattle beat us and are jerks for it. 4. Gotta go with my home country of Riga against the moscow meanies. 5. What is this boost your talking about? Is that actually a thing? 6. No. Except that time Frank tried to trade me and I refused to waive and we went on to win the cup that season because he didn't trade me
