Kirlia will use Psybeam on Bellsprout lv 21, Draining Kiss on Ralts, and back to Psybeam for the other Bellsprout in that order. Backups, in order: -Poliwag with Tackle against either Bellsprout or Water Gun against Ralts -The usual Flareon/Fire Blast business Action 4: Buy 2 Great Balls and go back to Mt. Moon.
-
Sorry for the lack of modding today but I'm on-and-off writing an article. Great Balls on Litwick. If I catch: Poliwag with Water Gun/Ralts with Confusion/Flareon with Bite in that order on both Onix; I don't care which one goes first. If I don't: Same thing but start against Litwick Action 3: Route 1
-
Great Balls on Onix. @OrbitingDeath DM me Poliwag/Water Gun on both Ponyta; Ralts/Confusion as backup and Flareon/Bite as backup-backup if necessary. It shouldn't come to that. ACTION 2: Mt. Moon again.

Buy 3 Great Balls and EXPLORE MT. MOON AGAIN

This is true but I'm not about to sabotage it or anything (and I'd think whatever has the potential to have an impact across more than one league wouldn't be an executive decision anyway). The E can sleep knowing I'll let them be inactive live in peace. -
AAAAAAHHHHHHH IT'S A FIRE TYPE TOO THROW EVERY BALL I HAVE AT MOLTRES, STARTING FROM LEAST EFFECTIVE AND GOING THROUGH MOST. I WISH I HAD MORE AND I DON'T CARE IF I LOSE THEM ALL IF I somehow manage to catch Moltres: -Be very happy -Poliwag/Water Gun on Ponyta with Flareon/Fire Blast as backup -Ralts/Confusion on Onix with Flareon/Fire Blast as backup IF I don't: -Be very sad -Same stuff as above with Ponyta/Onix -Use the three above with the moves listed (except change Flareon to Bite) on Moltres

Glad to see I'm finally not the only one in "actually did Biography under the post-S70 rules" club.

I saw this before you edited in the table and was like "wait what" Buy 2 Great Balls. Throw my Pokeball at Eevee first, and Great Balls after if it misses. If I catch Eevee: Flareon with Fire Blast on Ekans Ralts with Confusion on Koffing; Poliwag with Water Gun as backup If I somehow don't: Flareon with Fire Blast on Ekans and Eevee; use Ralts/Poliwag as backup but I don't think it will come to that. Same deal with Koffing as above Action 5: Explore Mt. Moon

You catch Riolu on the first try! Litwick is knocked out by Mimikyu. I default to your next-highest in level in Riolu, who wins the fight. Mimikyu steps in and wins with one move. Riolu gains 1 level, Mimikyu gains 2 levels, and you earn $224. At Lake of Rage, you find... Grubbin lv 20 Horsea lv 19 Cutiefly lv 20

Thankfully, this time around doesn't go as disastrously as the last--you catch Abra and Mimikyu on the first try for each! Poliwag is knocked out by Meowth! Thankfully, you've got a new Abra to play with...and that's what does the job. Abra gains 1 level (and evolves into Kadabra!) and you earn $94.
-
It works! You catch all three with 4 Great Balls.
-
You find: Horsea lv 18 Cutiefly lv 20 Pidgey lv 19 How you find a Pidgey with a fishing rod, I have no idea, but it happens nonetheless.
-
Just FYI, this will require a gameplan in the same way that fighting wild Pokemon would. Against Brock, you're planning for: Rhyhorn lv 24 Graveler lv 26 Onix lv 28
-
Pokeballs and then Great Balls if necessary on Ralts. Flareon to use Fire Blast on Pichu; Poliwag to use Water Gun on Pidgey with Ralts/Confusion and Flareon/Fire Blast as backup if necessary. Action 4: Explore Saffron City.
-
Your budget drops to $2, giving you the lowest total I've seen so far. In Goldenrod City, you find: Elekid lv 17 Pidgey lv 17 Magnemite lv 18
-
Ding ding, motherfuckers! Actions 1 and 2: WORK x2 This will be enough to get me a bicycle, which I will buy. Action 3: Explore Route 1
-
You're 3/3! You leave your rage at the lake.
-
You have $5 left; congrats on being the master of the student budget. Feeling full of rage from your previous failure to catch 'em all, you hit up your local watering hole and find... Wooloo lv 18 Magikarp lv 16 Horsea lv 18
-
You find... Gastly lv 13 Charmander lv 14 Mimikyu lv 15
-
You should know that me and simulated outcomes aren't exactly best friends on this site. Magnemite gains 2 levels and you earn $107.
-
Now that I've been FORCIBLY RETIRED from the HoPo I think this now falls under the jurisdiction of the new chief @N0HBDY

It takes you FOUR Pokeballs to catch Poliwag, and your fifth one doesn't work on Cutiefly. You then use ALL THREE Great Balls to catch Cutiefly. What would you like to do with Horsea now that Google Sheets has decided to hate you?
-
Your Great Ball misses, but your Ultra Ball doesn't. You've caught Honedge! Sneasel knocks out Gible, but now has another Sneasel to deal with. RNG decides that said Sneasel will go with Icy Wind for EVERY attack, giving you the edge...and two knockouts! Sneasel gains 4 levels and you gain $349. ...and Sneasel evolves into Weavile!

Horsea lv 16 Cutiefly lv 15 Poliwag lv 14
