Its just a new thing I started. Essentially you make a graphic once a week and you submit. During the next week there will be voting (ranking) of the graphics. The top 15 graphics receive points (most for 1st least for 15th) and at the end of the season someone will be crowned the best! It's a good way to push yourself and have fun making graphics!

So if you are making a graphic for TPE you still have to post in this thread, but you can enter it in the VHLGFX too to see how you compare and to see others/get inspiration. I am just trying to revive the graphics on the site and help make everyone better :)

You can see the rules here:

Let me know if you have any questions!

    Ok i will enter

I the rick could have stayed with us, with him i think we could have won the cup. And my favorite jacket player is Sergei Bobrovsky, so u know im bummed about the contract. But i think boston will win even though i dont like them. I also strongly dont like Brad Marchand, who does right (except bruin fans). But who is your favorite leaf player

My goalie was also a YouTube recruit, and I'd be interested in hearing exactly what it was on YouTube that you guys saw. Apparently, this season there was some ad out there that said our league was "just like NHL 19" or something like that, so we had a lot of people signing up and then immediately leaving because they thought this was an NHL 19 sim league, and it isn't. I've heard there was some other thing out there (someone gave us a shoutout or something) that sort of worked, but this season, YouTube recruits in general have not been good signings because of the aforementioned ad. Just thought I might put that out there before someone gets the wrong idea about what I said earlier.

I joined because the YouTuber TacTix said something about it in a NHL19 video, even though VHL is not like NHL19 i still love this game

Interesting. He had potential, too--wrote his bio and everything. Thought he might be the first YouTube recruit to actually stick around.

hey, he wasnt the only one that came from YouTube (i heard the VHL from TacTIx)

  5. NAME: Sean McGee

    AGE: 18

    HIEGHT: 5' 10"

    WEIGHT: 150

    COUNTRY: United States of American

    POISITION: Goalie

    CURRENT TEAM: San Diego Marlins

CURRENT TPE: 36 (not including 8 from this)

Sean is a kid that listens to commands and always wants to help the team. He also plays goalie for lacrosse and he always loved hockey since his first NHL game. He played for the collage of Noter Dame and helped them win the NCAA playoffs. He is a very friendly guy and will help a teammate no matter what. Right now he is playing for the San Diego Marlins, witch the whole team is very nice. He cant wait to play his first game tonight, hopping he does not fail with his low TPE. He was signed by the Marlins the first night he joined.

    PROS

LEADERSHIP: Being the goalie of this young team he has to be a good leader in defence, so everyone listens to him when in their zone. He is always ready to drop the gloves when a enemy does something wrong to his teammates. He always has his teammate eyes and ears when they need to listen and he always listen to his teammate when he has something to say as well.

AGILITY: Dont let size fool you, Sean can still make save Because of his agility. Because how small he is, he has a lot of agility. He can go from one pipe to the other in a flash. He is always working on agility because the lack of size.

REBOUND CONTROL: When he doesnt stop the puck completly, there is normully a rebound. Thats when his instinces kick in and when the player shoots the rebound, he tries his best to stop it from going in the net.

    CONS

SIZE: He is only five foot ten so that means he is one of the shortest goalies here. he biggest weakness is high corner shots. He is fast but small. If you are looking for a goalie that is 6' 2" or 6'4" this is not your guy, but if you are looking for all fast and smart this is your guy 100%.

STYLE CONTROL: Even though he has great agility, his style control is not the best. He does work on it but it wont be his best attrubut. He does not always have time and energy to work on this one, but he tries his best to get the job done

PENALTY SHOTS: This is most likely his worst stat, he tries to focas on other stuff that he needs more than this. He will try his best in game when there is a penalty shot (But we all know they are not often). So this is sorta ok but he could do better.

Expect more of the con stats be better in the future.Thats why Sean McGee is a good rookie to have.

    From your awsome rookie,

    Sean McGee
