VHLM AND VHLE EXPANISON 1. my first thing as commish I would first remove the vhle and now another problem comes with 200 tpe players going against 600+ players for my resolution I would raise the vhlm cap to 350 or 400, so in the end the e wouldn't be needed as we could do that, and since there will be an increase in players i would expand two teams in the vhlm and vhl, for vhl teams I would love to see a Quebec team come back as in my belief without a Quebec team it just ain't real hockey without em, and the second team would be a Bulgarian team in Europe probably Sofia or somewhere in Bulgaria either that or Serbia as I don't see why not as we have Warsaw and Prague which are close to those cities, and for a vhlm teams maybe a Edmonton team and one in Manitoba. RAISE THE CAP BY 5 OR 4 MILLION 2. raise the cap giving more money isn't that big of a deal I think 5 mill extra is good enough too much and you can make super teams with FA, and it would just be unfair so I think 5 mil more is just a bit of a pinch maybe 4 million, I just think giving more money to rookies or free agents is just another way to make more money because for me Boris Tzesar was an amazing goalie but the money wasn't as good and I think if we had a bit more money Tons of players could get more boosts from the player store, anyway the only problems I See is that people might take a bit less and start making super teams and just win cups every season and maybe players will get more greedy with it but in the end I just think its a better way and I know a few people who would agree, LEAGUE ACTIVITY 3. okay actual important stuff I say we try to get more recruitment people like in S81 the activity was crazy every LR was crazy every sim people were talking about now I feel like it just died now, now I'm not experienced with all that since I've only been in the league for 9 seasons but I say we should get 3 or 4 more people to be recruitment either that, OR find a decent way to bring players in and players who will stay in the league and stay for a while of course real life comes in and some people have to leave for time but I'm talking about people who join make a player get bored in a week then leave and just don't do anything with their player. PLAYER RETIREMENT 4. also forth and final thing I say we should raise the league retirement to 10 instead of 9 making dep hit at 7 just an extra season would be fun and it makes sense each 10 seasons a new era happens of players and stuff, to me it makes it more simple and compact 9 seasons is just weird because one its an odd number like why an odd number?, should have been either 8 or 10 from the start anyway I'm done my rants I hope this gets accepted I actually tried quite hard to find reasons. anyway have a good day Words: 561

"Tzesar! well we got a shit ton of stuff to talk about don't we?, we have your draft recent stats your team chemistry and your vhl team!, first lets talk about the biggest part of this entire interview the draft you were selected 12th! by the Malmo nighthawks in a exciting and surprising move of trading away a maybe lottery pick for you! what do ya think?" "well first being selected top 15 is just a real dream it tells me teams thought I was a decently good pick really brings up my ego yknow? but I clearly know I'm not the best in the draft class but yea after seeing both malmo picks I kind of already told my self that the Malmo Nighthawks got both of their players so I waited and it was the 12th I did have a interview with London so I expect to go to them, but after hearing the trade for the 12th and see my name get picked I was probably one of the happiest, going on a team my father went on and continuing his legacy he may have retired with the number 54 but I'm continuing number 54." "really nice to see how you are developing into a massive scorer and hitter for the marlins you have started to score a lot and you a point per game which is impressive not a top leader but hell you are productive what do you think about the improvements?" "you know I do think that I've gotten better all around my scoring has gone up which has helped lead my teams to some wins, but I really got to work on to defensive traits I'm a big dude I should be bodying people and using my body to block shots, I know I'm a forward so I should focus on scoring but defense is what makes you win so when you see me go to the big leagues you will be seeing me body a player laugh at him then score on his goalie while making eye contact with him" "now the big question, what do you think about malmo and how it will go when you get up there?" "welp I plan on staying long term like my dad, show them that I was worth that pick and I don't care if they need money I will just cut my contract in half so they can get players from Free agency I would do anything to win a cup on this team, get my name on there and maybe do more get my number retired into malmo making my dad proud to see that I surpassed him and the bloodline is finally a legendary one, its hard to explain but I'm excited Malmo was my father's home and now I'm moving in baby!" "Well it's good to hear you excited to play for the team and wanting to continue your father's legacy by playing for that same team and becoming a great player hopefully he doesn't get too angry to know he gets over ruled by his son, but anyway real good talk Savaisk and we can't wait to see what you do for the marlins and malmo good luck!" words: 539

As the season continued its almost playoffs and reporters wanted to talk to tzesar to see how he thinks about the season and tzesar gladly accepted. “So Tzesar we haven't talked for a while and so we wanted to come check up on you and we can see you have done really well getting 15 goals and 21 assists not the best in the league nor close but for a rookie you are doing quite well!” “Honestly my team is the reason why im scoring and getting so many points, I wouldn’t be getting this much without em but to be honest this is gonna sound kinda selfish but I like to be a leader in a way scoring a goal is just proves something to me, that’s why before playoffs I think i'm gonna try and get my scoring up score more become a producer, i wanna be drafted high I want to be a star in the big leagues y'know?” “Well being a good producer is also a good passer and it shows, but it also shows that you get a bit of penalty minutes with 45 and only 85 hits” “That is a problem of me just doing the wrong thing at the wrong time most of those minutes are from holding and roughing which to be honest is my fault since you know some people are annoying as hell and a little punch or a push is needed, but in all seriousness I do plan on trying to calm down those minutes I don't really wanna be known as the guy who just fights with people.” “Well I mean it really just is learning how to control your temper with other players but anyway final question how do you think your team is doing?” “Amazing better than i thought when I joined I honestly didn’t expect us to do good like yea get into the playoffs but that was it but now with how many wins and everything, we can go deep I think the only real other threats are the hounds and marlins since marlins got a real good goalie and when you can’t score you can’t win, at most I think we can get into the third seed as we have been on a hot streak going against good and bad teams, ive and the team itself has been on a streak of points and saving our goalie devon has been crazy in these recent weeks, and also viktor has been a beast with scoring has more goals than assists and he has 29!, This team is just a good team in general we have amazing offense amazing defense and amazing goaltending we can’t ask for more really we just need to get better over the games, in the early start of the season I as barely getting points but now look at me look at everyone else I think we can push for a cup” “Wow that was a big answer but a good one thanks for your time Tzesar good look for the rest of the games*. Houston is a great team with a bunch of great players so I wanted to rank them (by tpe earning stats and all that) so after being said and done lets begin. #1 Viktor Jensen @Advantage Reason why he is number 1 is that his earning is amazing and is also scoring a ton probably the star player of the team with getting 13 goals and 12 assists and a ton of shots one of the better players in the league and on the team. #2 Joe Block @jblock3 For a dman first gen he is a great player with tons of assists and not many goals he is a player who will only grow to become better and tpe wise isn't bad for his first season his earning is pretty good if it wasn't for him Houston would most likely be out of playoff contending. #3 Kyle Toms @Ktoms22 a player with not a lot of tpe but can still do a ton his earning was good and is getting a good amount of points another good player of the team debatable if he is third but I think he should have it. #4 Erik Andersson @Ace a real good right winger to balance the scoring 9 goals and 14 assists is one of the best on the team and I think he is another star of the team and can get better as he goes since he just started and he could become a real good vhl player. #5 Savaisk Tzesar @comrade cat Recreate and had a rough start but as slowly started getting points more and shots while being a big left winger he has helped the team in hitting and scoring with 9 points which isn't good but his earning is what keeps him this high. #6 ShaunYoungca @shaun1979 Real good scorer and could be an amazing piece to any team that he gets drafted by and has recently scored a ton. #7 Grunkle Stan-dingyyouup a player who hasn't really earned a lot and stayed in the M for a lot of seasons and he has got tons of points like a real good amount which makes it the reason why he is up in 6th #8 Devon Giguere @omniscius well for a goalie hasn't earned much but for a rookie goalie he is a good one and I can say it my old player was a goalie hopefully when he comes back to activity he can earn his way to one of the top players in the draft. #9 Roy Krishna @aleks its almost like Grunkle stan-dingyyouup a player who updated alot but never really went up after that he just played for the m and he is doing well but really wished he would update and become a good VHL player. #10 Krill Kapizov @Kadens055 a newer player to the team and he hasn't been doing bad but earning would be a bit better but in all still a not bad player just unlucky sim luck really. #11 Tomas Zubrus @Zuby a player who could have been real good but sadly stopped updating hopefully he comes back since his player right now is doing quite good for such a low tpe player. that's it a bunch of amazing players doesn't even matter if you are near the bottom everyone on the team is still an important piece to the puzzle anyway gonna go to sleep probably. As Tzesar is practicing on ice he talks to his teammates and management having a great old time but while leaving the arena doing practice he meets up with the media to talk about Houston and how he is doing. “Tzesar houston is down in the league with 4-5. What do you think about this downfall of success to failure?” “Honestly hear me out I kinda blame it on me if you have seen me recently i’ve kinda done nothing really one assist is all a few hits and that’s it, i’ve been trying to y'know get my scoring up but management said that they were gonna tweak lines to see if i’m not working well with other teammates, I really came into the league thinking I could be a real good player but with this recent games i’m unsure, I hope changing the lines will give me more chances and goals.” “True could be line problems but what do you specifically think about the team?” “I well first our forward line is great a bunch of talented players and really a playoff team if we can change our luck, our goalie is good too with good defense it's just really there's a ton of better scorers on other teams we work more together while others try to score more, like I know for a fact I’m a way better passer than scorer so I tend to pass more since that's a better chance of a point so yea I would rather try to pass to a better teammate that can score pretty well.” “Alright but another question, would you rather try to score more or assist more?” “I do like scoring it's fun and exciting but I would rather be known for being an absolute dimer I just love to see my teammates exceed, while I’m still getting a point for the assist and it just feels more better but in the end I would rather a goal since y'know making that goalie look silly is the best.” “Well anyway last question, what are you trying to work on the most? I know you said scoring and all that but what about puck handling or your speed I feel like you can’t really keep relying on scoring” “Well I am trying to learn how to puck handle better since it will cost me less turnovers, and it does have some defensive perks like getting the rebound off the goalie and you do a nice move and make sure the other team doesn’t get the puck off my stick, and it can also help me bring the puck up then pass, but I’m also of course doing passing and shooting but I really wanna start getting into speed since being slow isn’t an advantage at all defense and offense you are worst, but anyway in the end I really just want to get better and become a superstar and become one of the best in the vhlm and vhl and hopefully one day becoming a Hall of fame player and be better than my father.” “Alright then Tzesar good luck into tonights games.” Words: 523

1. scoring and a bit of defense like we can do good defense sometimes but the scoring is really bad 2. almost capped goalie decent goalies amazing forwards. 3. reaching the hall of fame and a cup or two 4. i think its one of the best logos in the league honestly 5. oh hell yea mid game he would be telling you off 6. eh shouldnt be allowed in my opinion if you write a 500 media you gotta think and actually write a story while ai just makes one up and it takes like a minute or two

ight thanks just haven't done one in a while

Savaisk Tzesar the son of great goalie Boris Tzesar has shown tons of positives and negatives while coming into the vhlm he shows tons of potential of becoming a great player and there's a ton he could fix so lets list the negatives, (picture of Savaisk Tzesar) Cons: -slow -is mediocre at scoring -and really isn't into the offensive mindset Pros: -can use his big build to make people regret life choices -defensively he is a demon on ice -and passing is really good Savaisk really needs to work on his skating as he is one of the slowest on the team while being at 210 pounds he will probably need to do a lot of endurance workouts as being slow in todays game its not really good offense and defense. the scoring is decent at best he can shoot but rather passes then take a shot which could be good at times but he needs to learn that sometimes you are the best shot to take and if you pass you are either gonna give up a turnover or someone shoots a bad shot. like with the scoring his offensive mindset, he can learn over time as being a winger he needs to be in the other side of the ice more and trying to get open is another thing, of course as a brand new player to the league he can just adapt and learn or somehow over come this con. with his massive frame he can body and hit pretty easily, and usually he isn't the one hitting the ice hard on his back, and while knowing how to predict where the puck is going while hitting is a good thing being able to retake the puck and pass it up making it a breakaway chance. he is also really good at poke checking stick lifting all that he usually doesn't a penalty from doing since he can do it almost every time without the other player's hand which is a good trait. passing is one of his main things and he is amazing he can do amazing passes from net to the other net and can be trust to make a good pass to another player for the goal. In summary Savaisk is just a power forward in a sense but leaning into be a two-playmaker and with a bunch of learning to go can be a really good scorer hitter, and passer if he just learn all the right things with these attributes he has a good chance to shock the vhlm vhl and vhle maybe HOF level if he continues the grind. As Savaisk Tzesar is getting his gear packed to go to his new locker room and joining houston, he wanted to just be reminded of the past and went to all of his old hockey arenas in russia he remembered of all the times his father Boris Tzesar would be teaching him on how to glove save better and have better reaction time in the net, Savaisk wanted to continue his father legacy as a goalie so for years and years he practice, daily and he didn't mind either with all his junior teams he was doing amazing, but Savaisk always looked up to forwards and wingers and he always loved the idea of being a left winger but he didn't really wanted to let his father down so he kept shut about it and continued being a goalie and he did till he was 19, he asked the coach if he could switch to left winger for a few games and that their backup could replace him and the coach agreed and enjoyed getting shots in and getting his first goal it was almost like a new sport to him, and he already made up his mind he wanted to be a left winger and a good one at that a big winger that will mess up your face then score on your goalie, Savaisk wanted to speak to his father about it, (Boris Tzesar is green Savaisk Tzesar is like blue) “So dad I’m sorry to make you sad or anything but I really enjoy playing left winger I know im a good goalie and can become a goalie like you, I just wanna play a different position I do enjoy being a goalie but my talents feel limited being winger is much better, and being a reason a team can win like scoring on overtime or doing a amazing pass to a player to get the power play goal is just more thrilling to me so I hope you understand. “Well honestly I don’t really care on what you wanna do, hell you could have came in here and said you wanted to play baseball or basketball, I’m just happy you enjoy a sport I enjoy when I was younger and since retirement I just wanted to teach you more about being a goalie, but if being a winger is what you wanna do go ahead go sigh with a good team and score a ton, be an amazing player on the ice. With all that happening Savaisk Tzesar team won the cup and now he got offers from houston and while talking the management, he was happy to here they needed one and they are glad to give him good minutes so from now on he will be making some teams cry on ice while he is on it, and he is glad that in a few weeks he is about to play with a real good team and have a good chance to get into the playoffs for his first season, but before he could go to the team some interviewers wanted to see Savaisk Tzesar and his story and all the nice things. (reporter dude guy is green savaisk is blue) “So it has been revealed that you are sighing with the Houston Bulls. Why did you make this decision?” “Honestly it’s mostly because while talking to me they said that I was perfect for the team I was defensive focused with some offense into that mix which is honestly true and they are offering me good minutes which I will take. “Alright but what is your main part of your play style? You are a big winger so do you like playing defense most or?” “Well I’m kinda trying to lean into being a big hitter passing beast like I love hitting a good wrist or slap shot but passing and getting massive hits is just so satisfying and with my height and build I think I can make it work, and playing defense is important in hockey if you got offense that's great you can score but if they can score too it's never ending so yea but you will 100% see me hit some players hard I’m not going soft. “Is it true your father wanted you to be a goalie?” “Yes it is and I don’t blame him for trying to teach me his old ways because he was a good goalie in his days and since retirement he wanted to show me how it was done, and i'm gonna be honest I couldn’t get a single shot in so yea he knew what he was talking about, and I don’t mind being goalie but like i’ve said before its so much more satisfying getting a hard shot in and everyone on the bench is cheering you on or you make a real good pass causing the game winning goal its just more fun.” “Well honestly I can not wait for your first games good luck savaisk you will be a beast on ice” Words: 806
