The last time I wrote an announcement like this, I wrote, "I'll be looking for some who, hopefully, will leave us in a couple of seasons as they pursue a GM position themselves!" -- My student, @vincentlg2007, has become the Master in Mississauga. That means only one thing... I feel lonely in the #front-office channel. So here I am, looking for an AGM. -- No experience is needed, just grit! Passion, engagement, and interest are all I can ask for. -- My requirements are the same, but this time I do have a few users shortlisted. Again, I'm not putting up specific responsibilities because that's not the point of this. This will be more of an introduction to GM'ing for you, getting to know the tasks and the work behind running the team. Apply in the thread or DM on Discord or the forum! Ronan Lavelle Trophy Last but not least, arguably, the most important award is MVP. History tells us this is an offensive award, but it's important to recognize that a player's overall contribution to the team should also be taken into account. While offensive statistics are certainly an important factor, they don't necessarily tell the full story. A truly valuable player should also demonstrate leadership, teamwork, the ability to make those around them better and make a difference. So while the MVP award may have historically been focused on individual performance, it's important to broaden our perspective and consider the full range of qualities that make a player truly deserving of such recognition. The winner of the Ronan Lavelle Trophy and MVP of the VHLE...
