  8. I really like this concept for a graphic and it's a bit different but still really cool, highlighting all of Landon Wolanin's player stats on the bottom where the HUT stats would normally be is a genius idea. When I first looked at it I thought it was a HUT card all together the logo is blending into the background so perfectly and it's all these small little details that make the graphic so cool. I would love it if you made one for my player Sjin with Crosby ;') Overall I give this graphic 8/10
  9. I really like the colour scheme on the graphic and the grainy effects used the logo also fits really well onto the jersey making it all come together really nicely and look very clean, I'm not the biggest fan of the text used on this signature very dark and thin which makes it quite difficult to notice the first time looking over it I didn't even notice it, the white glow on the text does help a bit but I think it would've been more noticeable with a more vibrant colour perhaps the Oslo Storms team colour, or perhaps a different font all together. But aside from the text I really love the graphic so I will give it 7/10
  10. Sjin Age: 20 Height: 6'2 Weight: 160 Position: C Team: San Diego Marlins Nationality: British Sjin as an already drafted player across all three leagues is now finally looking to make his way out of the VHLM after spending 6 seasons there developing his player he will be a sought after commodity in the VHLE as an upcoming free agent after this season ends, alongside that as his career progresses and he enters the VHL. It will be interesting to see what teams have an interest in Sjin and where his player will eventually end up. Strengths Sjin is an offensive threat having put up 386 points in 308 VHLM games so far consisting of 144 goals and 242 assists, only for more to be added in this upcoming season. Alongside that he is also really good on his on end of the ice making him the perfect two-way centre that can dominate the puck and create lots of scoring opportunities for the San Diego Marlins. He is not afraid to put his body on the line and that can be seen with the 140 hits and 52 shots blocked in just the last season, most of this coming from his time on the penalty kill. He has shown a lot of loyalty to his franchise resigning with the team each and every season even when the team has looked like a rebuilder he has always put the uniform on and gone out and performed his best regardless of the teams situation. He's recently been developing his puck handling and skating abilities and will come into next season with a much more rounded player that should assist both his defensive and offensive play on the ice. It is also known that Sjin is a great guy in the locker room helping out the rookies in their adaptation into the league and promoting good habits for players to grow and utilise during their career in the VHL. Weaknesses Sjin's biggest weakness has been his play-off performances so far in his career always underperformed in the post-season. Having only 34 points in 46 games consisting of 17 goals and 17 assists, this stop him from winning the Founder's Cup in S86 where he had 3 game winning goals. Looking to make a bigger impact in his final season in the league. He is also known to have his drama queen moments in the locker room, but in the end has always come to his senses and put the team first before his own personal success. His player will only develop though so his weaknesses today may become his strengths tomorrow, there is a lot in store for this player so it will be interesting to see where his career takes him.

  12. Given that the record was set by a lifer, it is only logical that a lifer can break it
  13. As a VHLM lifer myself I’m a bit upset to hear this rule change, I originally planned to progress through the leagues but there was a big shift in my life, also the reason I had to step down as Calgary AGM, which meant I wouldn’t be able to be around as much for a few months ultimately lead to me staying in the M and consequently becoming a lifer. Almost everyone in the league is familiar with what my goal was throughout this career and that was to break the M all time point record, something that I fear won’t be possible anymore, something I have been working towards for the last year. Whilst I understand that this change was done for competitive integrity is there no way we have current lifers being grand fathered in. I just feel very demoralised after committing so much time to just fall short. Whilst I agree this with help with the competitiveness of the league one things that’s not being considered is retention of players, for recreates it doesn’t really matter as going through the M and E is to just ultimately make their way to the VHL, it will have a much greater impact on first gens who thrive on activity and I think it’s no surprise that San Diego, Las Vegas and Philly have the most active discords in the M. Lifers that offer no positive utility outside of team performance should be removed, but I think players like myself and Dylan always spark conversations encouraging new players to earn tpe, helping them out with builds etc there is definitely and overall positive impact there. I also completely agree with the first ruling about players being able to recreate and have both players on the same as I don’t see any positive utility there outside of improving team performance. Anyway that’s my little rant finished, I hope you take into consideration some of the things I’ve mentioned.
