It's an idea to think about you can go coaching staff in different ways as lil OG z said somebody that focuses on lines and strategies I think it would need a practical use maybe something like adding boost to the team are there different boosts like offense and defense and goaltending but maybe have it so that only one boost can be activated at any time

Or maybe hear me out on this one I've also been thinking the coaching staff could have attribute effects depending on what you put into your attributes

It's just an idea that could add more non-player roles
