Review: 

I am most definitely a fan of this concept. It is a classic striping pattern that really works with the funky colors of the jersey/logo. The shoulder yoke is clean with the orange stripe at the bottom. The collar looks like it has 2 different shades of grey and it would probably look better with just one. The orange cuff doesn't meld with the other parts of the jersey because the orange is always tied to the maroon, I think that no cuff color or a grey cuff would be better. I like the font for the numbers and letters, it has the horn element. You did forget shoulder/sleeve numbers. I'm excited to see more of your concepts! 8/10
