i messed around with the filters for about 15 minutes and got this

Uhh, gonna grade the first but really these two flow together. Definite effort here, I like how on the second one you can tell that it's more layered rather than a filter effect. I would say on the first one the render should be a little cleaner as it takes away from the eyes of the viewer there. Gonna say 7/10 as a whole for graphic work
