My only criticism is the lack of blending of background and render. I find doing some type of stock overlay around the edges of the jersey usually accomplishes this easily and doesn't sacrifice the quality of the main focal point of the render (face usually). font selection/text effects are good visually for me. They kind of overpower the sig due to the size, but i'm nitpicking at this point.
