Killinger hits 500 games.

LONDON, UK -- Four hundred and ninety nine games ago a young forward entered the league flying the colors of the Toronto Legion, now he dons the logo of the London United across his chest. It was the start of his VHL career and the first pages he wrote in that book have long since been sealed, but remembered by player agency and fans alike. A lot has changed for the now London United two-way defensemen, who recently played in his five hundredth Victory Hockey League game, and learning pains have developed Killinger into a reliable consistent blueliner.

Individually the milestone game was a snoozer, although his career has been entertaining enough; his story was forged by determination early, fueled by disappointment late, and energized by a soft resurgence heading into the tail end of his career. "This season has been awesome," Killinger stated after #500. "Wolf did a great job assembling a team that's been competitive the majority of the season. There were some growing pains early but I'm confident we've outgrown them, so onto the playoffs we go and I've got a great feeling about this club."
