Juice 641
Sup fellas, I know some people are making huge mock drafts for their media spots to cheese it a bit for extra claim time, but who really wants to be an adult and do a bunch of reading when you could quickly just see who should go where in a quick sentence. 1. Los Angeles Stars - Tyler Reinhart. Be an agent of chaos LA, draft the BPA despite the Reinhart bros wanting to play together. 2. Vancouver Wolves - Jerome Reinhart. Vancouver drafts the next Reinhart soon afterwards to drive in a cold war between Vancouver and LA on who will trade what Reinhart to who. 3. Vancouver Wolves - AJ Williams. AJ is one of the next big first-gens that seem to be a gem, and I wouldn't be surprised if he lands top-3. 4. HC Davos Dynamo - Jonathan Ori. A big time recreate, Davos needs to have a C of the future behind Taro once he starts regressing and I think Ori can step in sooner than later. 5. Moscow Menace - Papa Emeritus. I don't think Spartan lets Papa drop past him, as Moscow would need a star G and Papa is exactly that in the making. 6. Riga Reign - Taylor Mourning. With the lack of top forwards left and already being solid on D, I'd see Riga taking the next best forward available. 7. Warsaw Predators -Erlantz Jokinen. Despite dlamb being a goof and probably trading this pick for a 3rd in two years, Warsaw would desperately need a star goalie or defenseman, and if Papa is off the board I'd see them taking Jokinen. 8. Helsinki Titans - Poopy Peepants. Rayz picks based on best name available. 9. Prague Phantoms - Em Em Flex. I could honestly see Helsinki also taking Flex, however I'd say if they don't Prague would as both their goaltenders are hitting regression and need a goalie of the future. 10. Malmo Nighthawks - Miroslav Tsarov. Malmo desperately needs good defensemen, however with the lack of top prospects in D left in the position, I'd say they go BPA in Tsarov. 11. Seattle Bears - Sigard Petrenko. Seattle grabs the next best player available in Petrenko, which helps as they need wing help sooner than later and with Petrenko's earning he could be on the roster within the next few seasons. 12. Vancouver Wolves - Baby Bob. Another great first-gen, I think Vancouver would be killing this draft if Baby Bob drops to them here. 13. Seattle Bears - Lilith Lunar. I'd think with so many prospects in the same TPE and earning range here, I think Seattle goes for a positional need and takes Lunar. 14. Chicago Phoenix - Omi Aberg. Chicago drafts the best player available, which also happens to be a positional need with the regression of their big stars. 15. Malmo Nighthawks - John Baard. The draft starts to fall off a bit here, but I think Malmo gets a good player in Baard that does more than practice + welfare and could turn into a solid player for them in the future. 16. Malmo Nighthawks - Bob Beach. Malmo uses their last pick in the 1st round to shoot their shot on a positional need and will say they "Picked the better Bob, just you wait." Thank you for reading the 50th mock draft you've probably already read. ROOKIE745 608
Review: Hey Juice, awesome to see a mock draft from ya, gotta say this is quite different, short and digestible. I love your "Juice's mock draft drawing" adds a bit of you into the post, spacing is good and easy to read as well. Nice to see color coding for team names, it's a detail I always admire. I think making use of different font sizes could have been added a little extra to this, just making the team names bigger or something. tagging players is something I think you could have done as well as I think most people like to see where they are on a draft list. Overall good MS 8/10 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/105871-my-highest-effort-mock-draft/#findComment-861576 Share on other sites
