I like the concept here, and maybe what you could do is make the graphic a bit more about the player over the team logo. Because it seems like the focus is the big logo. Also when you do that logo swap, something you could do to make it more cohesive is blur the edges where it meets the jersey to make the logo fit better. Good graphic though.
