As a critique I could say that the text is fine for the surname as it is quite big and you can see all of it, but the John part is bit too small and the way the font is, it makes H and N blend quite together and with the background being blueish as well, same as the text, it blends together and makes it harder to read. Also I think I already did a review on one of your previous pieces and I think I mentioned this, but while the render is made beautifully, the background lacks a bit, but I like the "hidden" or "emerging" league logo mixed into the background.
