The way your lines almost all blend together and that the render of the dude in the gas mask is just so cleanly integrated with the background. The text looks like graffiti popping off the wall and it just *works*. The only gripe I have is the vignette around the edge. I get you were going for a narrow field of view look with it, but I feel that maybe without the dark edges, we could have added some other effects to really up the eeriness.
