I have also been thinking about conflict of interest for GM players being on teams other than the team they GM, there has to be some conflict going on, like it has to be difficult to root and play your heart out for two teams at the same time... Every time a GM changes we'd need to be getting their player off whatever team they were on and onto the team that they now GM which wasn't generally the cleanest process.
