It is 9pm and I’ve just remembered that I have two TPE left that I need to get to cap for this week. I’m going to pull the same trick as some old heads in the league when they need two TPE and don’t want to string together cohesive thoughts.

 

1. I don’t understand how people have goals for their players. When I get scouting messages from GMs, I don’t know what to say. What’s the right answer, especially for someone who is disconnected from their player and doesn’t want to commit to saying “yeah, I’m going to cap every single week”? I’m not going to tell people that I’ll be a max earner for my career–I know I’ll lose steam, and that’s fine.

 

2. It’s been nice to see new folks flocking in after the recruitment drive. I wonder why the recruitment team doesn’t share what they’re doing? I suppose an issue could arise if they shared what ads they were doing (i.e., with whom, when, etc.). If they share that kind of info, it may lead members to engage with it to create a seemingly artificial endorsement. I don’t know. Maybe it’d be cool if they shared after the fact? I’m just nosy.
