Mushrooms! I was making a Chicken and funnel chanterelle stew tonight. Which got me thinking, some people un-ironically hate mushrooms. So mushroom haters and lovers, what's your deal?

Mushrooms are absolutely delicious, one of the best things to cook.

 

Yes, raw they taste very earthy so that rarely works but cooking brings out the best of pretty much every vegetable, mushrooms included.

Mushrooms are awesome! They make the best soups, the best starters (love a bit of them garlic mushrooms covered in bread), the best sides and are always a part of the best pie fillings!
