Kendrick 4,741 Posted August 19, 2014 Share Posted August 19, 2014 Saskatoon had a players only meeting this past weekend to discuss their ongoing battle with the North American conference this week. The Wild players were all stoked to find out what to expect when they came into the locker room. What they saw was a chalkboard with the word "Brampton" on it. It is no secret the two teams are battling it out for the top spot in the North American conference. The main difference being that the Blades are largely inactive and the Wild have been pumping out their training sessions like nobody's business. Brampton is in a sad state of affairs for activity and although they may be skilled, their General Manager has nothing really to be proud about. His team has not shown up this season and it's sad that not more has been done. Saskatoon has now made it a mission to unseed the Blades and take their rightfully position on top of the VHLM world.
