Bans seem to be handed out like Christmas present (or more like coal.) With a whole bunch of members hoping that VHL Santa has them on the nice list only to find out that they have been very naughty.I must admit that I was surprised by whom have been committed to the VHL naught list this Christmas; but more so by the actually offenses.

 

Multi-account has and will always been a banning offense in any game or on-line forum so why would anyone think that the VHL would be any different. But I must say I can/could understand a second account made by accident or forgotten login information etc… but these managers have had multiple multiple accounts with the biggest offender on the naughty list with an impressive seven accounts.

 

One things I am not completely sure on when it comes to the bans handed down is the fact that the punishment doesn’t seem to fit the crimes since the bans all seem similar yet the offense are all completely different. I am not going to comment on the actually situations or the actual ban as this isn’t my place and wouldn’t be fair to the individuals that are making the ban selection. How much coal should they receive or how big the piece of coal they should receive but I will say I am surprised that this isn’t more clearly defined.

 

Example is for every multiple account thus damages to the league results in X as amount of coal being given by the VHL Santa for being on the naughty list. Thus to deter the actions further of all future and present on the naughty list.

 

Either way the amount of coal being received this Christmas by the VHL community seems to be enough to power at least a small steam engine this Christmas. Hopefully all involved learn and are able to get back on Santa good list next year as I don’t like seeing anyone on the naughty list.
