With the end of Season 81 and off-season underway, we found time to speak with VHL veteran and recent retiree, Rhynex Entertainment @Rhynex Entertainment

Reporter: Hello Rhynex! Can we have a minute of your time? First thing first, congratulations on a fantastic VHL career! Could you tell us about your time in the VHL and how you feel about your final season?

RE: Hello. Thank you! I've had a terrific career with the New York Americans. While we didn't get far into the playoffs, I still had an amazing time with all my teammates and all the fans here in New York! We definitely have the best fans here, even when we struggled over the past few seasons, they never stopped cheering! This season had been a very long season, but also my most productive! It's definitely the best way to leave the VHL, I couldn't find anything better except maybe winning the championship. I have career highs in pretty much everything, so it was a great season. Sad to see things end, but New York is about to enter a bright new era! And I depart with giving them a pretty nice gift also (1st overall pick).

Reporter: What are your most forgettable or regrettable thing in your hockey career? What are your plans for the future?

RE: What I regret the most is not being able to bring New York deep into the playoffs. The fans here deserves seeing the champion runs and not rows of losses. I don't really have anything planned as of right now. Maybe just relax and then perhaps I'll start coaching somewhere. Maybe someone will hire me?

Reporter: Do you have any leaving remarks for your fans?

RE: This is not the end and not goodbye! There's going to be exciting times in New York! A new era is about to being, and it's going to be nice and bright! Go NYA Go!

Reporter: Thank you for your time! Best of luck in the next endeavors !
