Changes to Supplemental Point Tasks, A Positive Rant

I must say I’m really enjoying the new supplemental point task, Game Recaps, and the new take on Trivia. As someone who’s been around for a while now, having finished an entire career and begun a new one, I think these point tasks are really encouraging me, and hopefully others, to dig deeper and learn more about the league.

 

I love Game Recaps. I honestly wish I could get all of my TPE from these alone. I have been so eager to look at sims and see what has been going on in the games. I’m checking the Stat Leaders every day, checking team stats and even starting to know rosters off the top of my head. I love reading other peoples recaps and seeing what they think about the games. And I love to get the opportunity to write a little bit about individual games and give some insight into what I see and look for in a team, and a game.

 

Trivia has also caught my attention. For the first time ever, I actually looked up the Trivia answers myself instead of waiting for someone to post them in a Discord server. I even got one wrong! And I had fun doing it, and I learned something new. Sure, it takes time and effort, but no more than writing a couple of Reviews or a Game Recap. And I can do it while sitting in a lecture and mess around with the site.

 

These Supplemental Point Tasks are so fun, and I really feel they are helping keep my attention and help me get more immersed in the league.
