The text is good and I like the overlay on it, but you could add another drop layer behind whether it be black, white, or even like a red on "screen". I think the texture is really nice and flows into the render. The render effects are really well done, and not overdone. The colouring really makes it work. The jersey change is nice, but looks like the Houston logo is faded - with such a cool logo, I think as a recruit banner I would showcase it more.
