This week in VHL

We’re at the point of the VHL season where we can take a look at all of the teams and gauge where they are.

The Vancouver Wolves continue their unbridled dominance, if there was a time for them to win it’s now. The VHL has their suspicions of the Wolves cheating and the consequences could be dire if these rumors gain traction (pretend it’s a cheating scandal like the Astros). For now though their prized acquisition of Joe Madison has been as good as advertised and then some as he’s on pace for a career year as his two way play has electrified their blue line.

In hot pursuit is Los Angeles who have successfully replicated the Wolves formula to try to chase them. This has left the NA conference as a bit of a bloodbath.

Meanwhile, for the Chicago Phoenix, it’s operation desert storm. The tanks are out in full force and are banking everything on a board game to be their franchise center.

Across the pond, London is atop a rather tight European conference. The teams there have also caught onto Vancouver’s tactics but success tbd.

For now scoring is at an all time high and it’s a dark age for goalies. Seems like VHL22 is more accurate to real life than I thought.

(Sadly still don’t have a player graphic)
