It just wasn't in the cards for Seattle to move forward in the playoffs. It is very hard to overcome the skill manipulation that has been going on for a few seasons now. We played and honest game and came up short. We put all we had out on the ice and it just didn't work out. Next season should prove to be one of the most interesting seasons in recent times. With a major change to the skill system, I expect we see a new era in the VHL. A more level playing field and creative player builds. Hat's off to the men in blue to make the needed changes that should bring back a much more fairer and competitive league that should bring a better feeling of accomplishment.

 

Everyone is just waiting for the playoffs to end so the league can get on with it's new vision. I am very excited for these changes and I believe most everyone else is as well.
