Review time:

 

HOT.  Vibrant and clean af.  The background is dope; glitch at the bottom and weave in the top center.  I don't know what that black thing is on the right but that almost doesn't matter, because it fits somehow.  The render is awesome, and it's properly placed.  Nice touch with the outline too.  The text and placement and pretty great as well, the colors used give the graphic an 80s Miami Vice vibe.  Sick detail with the team name on the far right side vertically.

Really interesting way of using the space, especially the text. The way you structured it is perfect, and lends to an easy focal point. I enjoy your usage of colors (way more adventurous than I could have pulled off), and grain, especially on the text to make it blend seamlessly.  The rotated font on the right side is sneaky sick as well. Not sure what I'd change really, possibly increase the lighting / color dodge lighting on the render even more and even make this a 375px wide sig (even though that is probably a heinous crime). This a really well done signature, well done.
