3 Moons Talks Draft... Beer.

With the finals of both the VHL and VHLM about to erupt in a geyser of hot love, we took several seconds to meet up at a neighbourhood bodega and talk with Jody 3 Moons about where he thinks he'll go in the VHL draft and his plans for next season.

 

"I won't be a top 40 pick in the VHL draft, there's just too many players ahead of me who are inactive but get shown love because they aren't SHLers. I hope I can squeak into the 4th or 5th round as that would be a great feather in my ass. I'm trying to walk the thin line of getting drafted or getting banned. Either way I plan to play in the VHLM next season, but a change of scenery could be on the horizon, because I have warrants out for my arrest in Bern." said the clearly intoxicated 3 Moons.

 

"I had a spot of fun playing for the Bern Royals, but due to the uncertainty of the future front-office staff, and my warrants, I would also be open to leaving. Regardless of where I go next in the VHLM, my intent is to stay down for S40 to try and pad my stats and also because I'm scared I'll have to play for the Rochester Americans, Toronto Legion, Calgary Wranglers, or the Vasteras Iron Eagles. It's an unnerving time in my career, and I am scared for the draft to come around in case no team selects me because I have never been mentioned in any mag or public forum besides the Thunderdome. Let's just say I'm prepared for the worst, and not expecting the best."

 

With that, Mr. 3 Moons began to demand some draft beer before he would continue. We could not accommodate his request before he raced across the street to a small pub, where he hurdled onto the bar, opened a draft beer tap and latched onto it like a newborn baby suckling his mother's teet. Once he had his fill, he grabbed two 40 oz bottles of Jack Daniels Old No. 7 and disappeared into the night, screaming that he would find and kill someone named Klaus.
