As some insiders claimed the Express had discussions with at least half the teams in the league, but when General Manager Alexander Schneider actually adressed the press and announced that the team had made a trade, the journalists and the fans still couldn't believe their ears. "We, the Cologne Express, have agreed on a trade with the Quebec City Meute. We traded our first round selections in the season fourty-one and season fourty-two draft as well as Calgary's first round selection in season fourt-one to Quebec for the second overall pick in this upcoming draft as well as the Meute's second rounder in season forty-two.
