Look: 2.5/3 - I`m not a fan of the text here, it`s got a weird glow and blurring on it. The lighting could be better also. The blending and coloring are great as always with your work. Like Bash said, it's got a weird look to it and doesn't fit to overall look. and 2. That bright light/stock just off the render's face. It's very distracting and could have been toned down.
