Season 85 week 1 interview

The first week of VHL hockey is finished in the VHL. We found time to speak with Calgary Wranglers defenseman AirRig GoodBrandSun @Rhynex Entertainment to speak about the the season thus far.

 

Reporter: Hello AirRig! Good to see you again! Season 85 has begun and a week of hockey has gone by. You've had a decent first week, what can you tell us about your first week of hockey in S85?

 

AG: Hello. We have an active start to the season. We have players starting the season slower than others, it's a long season that goes by quickly so we have to make sure we get back on track and be consistent. We also need to look at downing the number of penalties. 30 PIMs in 10 games is a little bit too high for my liking. I need to be more disciplined.

 

Reporter: Your teammate, Landon Wolanin @jacobcarson877 had a tough week of hockey. How do you feel he's played? Any suggestions to help Landon's game?

 

AG:  Landon had a rough week. He's been doing all the right things, Points will come eventually, it's a sophomore thing. Just need to play through the pain and the sun will shine through the clouds. GM @Ricer13 will do his thing and change things up. We tend to start slow to the season anyways. We call it offseason rust.
