Predicting S87 with random.org

Hey, I decided to predict S87 simply by using random.org then I'll try to justify their picks

 

so here is the Ranking:

 

NA

 

1st: Los Angeles Stars

1st seems a little to high for that team in my opinion but they honestly look good on paper and I think they are underperforming this season. They are also not being hit too hard by retirements. Maybe they got lucky in FA and managed to replace Peepants by an uncursed top tier Dman.

 

2nd: New York Americans

They obviously succeeded to replace a retired Mourning with a trade or FA and probably found a second center to end up 2nd

 

3rd: Chicago Phoenix

Well, now that's a team I would expect in the top 3 so it all makes sense, nothing to justify here

 

4th: Toronto Legion

Wow, aren't they rebuilding? I don't know what moon did during off-season but hopefully he didn't empty the pick bank to get a middle team.

 

5th: Vancouver Wolves

mhmm, I don't know what happened there but I'm sure this is a disappointment on Vancouver's side.

 

6th: D.C. Dragons

Judging by their current finances I'm assuming they suffered from big loss during FA which would potentially explain LA or Toronto's rise

 

7th: Calgary Wranglers

What a fall from a top tier team, maybe Calgary decided to rebuild but that wouldn't make any sense. Maybe everyone requested a trade after they learnt that Leandro wasn't named LeanDfrog.

 

8th: Seattle Bears

Bana traded the whole team to Toronto, that's what happened.

 

Europe:

 

1st: Davos Dynamo

Boobery keep being Boobery and Davos just continue on S86's pace. Makes sense.

 

2nd: Riga Reign

I guess the rebuild is over and hedge went full buyer during off-season.

 

3rd: Prague Phantoms

Expected team in the top 3, makes sense.

 

4th: Helsinki Titans

They added a few FA along with their rookies and are doing better than expectations without being an elite team but still a work in progress

 

5th: Moscow Menace

Papa Emeritus's retirement explain it all. Moscow simply didn't find a replacement.

 

6th: Malmo Nighthawks:

Malmo probably took a step back to get a younger core which result in missing the playoffs.

 

7th: Warsaw Predators

Their core is aging, they probably went for a rebuild

 

8th: London United

Josh left during FA and London had to rebuild.

not false but I had to explain that position and going from a 1039 tpa goalie to a 700ish goalie was the best I could find
