sadie 897
GM 56: Warsaw vs. Prague 3-2 It took overtime to separate these two teams tonight as a game where they put 50+ shots on net slips through Prague's fingers. Prague took the lead on a power play goal just a minute int the first period by Nils Godlander. But Warsaw came back and tied it with a power play goal of their own in the third before the two teams each scored once more. Overtime decided the game courtesy of a Girts Galvins goal. Galvins had 2 goals and an assists this game, getting in on all of Warsaw's goals and was named the first star of the match. Despite the losing effort, Saku Kotkakoivu and Matty Fire both managed to put up 2 points, earning Kotkakoivu the second star. Clueless Wallob, Prague's goalie, was great and saved 39 of 42 shots, but the netminder at the other end was on another level. Wumbo made an outstanding 50 saves on 52 shots and received the game's third star for their efforts. kirbithan
