Both logo swaps are really well done, I can't see any places where you messed up with it. The background fits well with the render, and the text has a nice appearance although maybe could be spiced up a little as it looks a tad bland. That's really just a nitpick, as it definitely fits well with the rest of the graphic. 9/10, really nice job!
